Michael Posner, a very famous cognitive psychologist, with a special interest in attention visited
He very kindly allowed me and Joanne Norris of the family ADHD group to interview him for the groups.
We talked about his resent research on meditation and attention. But also a range of other topics including the experience of flow, training attention (can it be trained? mainly for children with ADHD) and a tip for maintaining concentration.
